1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ey447 ("ey447," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ey447 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at ey447.net and any associated mobile or web applications.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ey447 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and update it regularly.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP where available.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including friends, family members, or anyone claiming to represent ey447.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

ey447 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — remains your responsibility unless you have promptly notified ey447 of unauthorized access.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

ey447 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players, in compliance with Philippine payment regulations:

• Bank Transfer: BPI , BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank

Cryptocurrency deposits and credit card deposits are not accepted on ey447, in accordance with current Philippine payment regulations and PAGCOR guidelines.

All deposits are subject to a minimum deposit amount of ₱100. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance checks. ey447 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.

ey447 reserves the right to conduct anti-money laundering (AML) checks on any account or transaction. Accounts flagged during AML review may have withdrawals temporarily suspended pending investigation. ey447 complies fully with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).

All transactions on ey447 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the player's payment provider.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.

12. Termination and Suspension

• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, ey447 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account. Where closure is initiated by ey447 for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

3. Judicial Proceedings: If mediation fails to resolve the dispute, either party may pursue the matter before the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Amendments to These Terms

ey447 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly.

For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations — ey447 will provide advance notice via:
